DOMINIQUE RAVEL
From seven o'clock in the morning, a delicious smell of roast chicken emanates from Dominique Ravel's, and attracts many gourmets. For more than ten years, this poulterer has been taking care of his customers, offering poultry raised in the open air by small independent breeders in the area. The chickens are from Challans or Lavausseau, the ducks from Deux-Sèvres, the eggs from Availles-Limousine... On the stall, you can only find white meat, retail or in big pieces, because Mr Ravel is one of the last poulterers to prepare his products on demand with their giblets (gizzard and liver). You will have understood, with him it is all about know-how, proximity and quality!
