CHEZ ZUCCHI
Zucchi is the name of the boss's Italian great-grandmother. And the boss, with his discreet and benevolent intellectual looks, wears aprons in the Boots colours, bought from the Vatican. On the stall, it is pure Italy where 20 kinds of ravioli of various shapes are first shown: with chard, pesto, burrata... anointed according to the taste of the sacrosanct little drizzle of olive oil. And then there are cold cuts, cheeses: pecorino with rosemary, parmesan, lasagna, arancini, mouth-watering antipasti: octopus and cuttlefish, artichokes in Roman style... On Thursday and Sunday, you will find all these rhymes in "i" under the halls of Neuville.
