From Noirmoutier or Guilvinec, from a responsible and reasoned fishing, the fish is wild, often line caught, sometimes ikéjimé and always fresh. Smoked and salted fish complete the bench behind which the team is all smiles and prepares the fish for you so that you only have to put it in the oven. Extraordinary!
