In Andillé, guinea fowl, turkeys and capons from Séverine and Thierry Bidaud's farm are very popular. Raised in the open air thanks to the cereals cultivated on the spot by Mr. Bidaud, the poultries have damn good taste. In the farm store, chickens, ducks and ducklings are whole or transformed. To you rillettes, crickets, grattons and blood sausages! Séverine Bidaud also makes P'tits bocaux of cooked dishes from the farm's products. A local treat to be discovered at the farm store and in the producers' stores.
