On the Yofox logo: foxes. Of course, they caught our attention. Welcome to this new generation dojo! Very well equipped, the room of 650 m² is specialized in mixed martial arts and works under the leadership of Yohann Ruelle, former high level judoka who made his experience in the United States and Canada in MMA(Mixed Martial Arts). We come to train during collective sessions for all ages and all levels. We learn the techniques of MMA, judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and English boxing to build a fighter's body and mind. And for a bit of sweetness, the academy also offers classical dance and yoga classes.
