We found some and we are happy to share it. With its pronounced taste, matured meat is enthroned in the cellar of the friendly Denis Foucher. And that's not all. In this small butcher's shop in the village of Saint-Benoît, we also found Parthenaise red label meat. Notice to lovers of tenderness! Many butcher's preparations are made on the spot: stuffed Poitevin, black pudding, pâté de campagne. In summer, the skewers and imagined flavoured sausages are a hit. Shallot, raisins, snails, lemon chicken, Basque, the butcher loves to imagine a whole bunch of recipes. There is even a sausage stuffed with eel and hake.
