After many years in Gençay town center, Marina and Stéphane Fournier decided to set up their bakery-pastry shop on the edge of the main road, within easy reach. In this large, attractive space, viennoiseries, pastries, breads, chocolates and snacks are all homemade. Quality also depends on the finest raw materials, and all flour is locally sourced. With tables inside and a terrace in fine weather, you can enjoy a coffee, a dish of the day or a snack. A master craftsman, the baker-patissier specializes in broyé and macaroné, and has won several awards for his galette frangipane. A delight not to be missed in January!
