Renovated establishment offers home-made dishes made with local products in Saint-Sauvant.
The "Poirion", a small local wild fruit with a strong pear flavor, is the emblem of this work-integration restaurant, which was completely refurbished in 2016, and today offers largely homemade dishes made from local products. With a wide range of takeaway dishes for a picnic, a full meal or even holiday meals. Dishes from here and elsewhere such as chicken in the pot, blanquette of veal, royal couscous and paella... Here is a beautiful solidarity initiative that deserves to be saluted!

Chaque jour les menus sont différents, n'hésitez pas à venir passer un moment convivial dans ce restaurant, le détour en vaut la peine
Ce vendredi j'ai choisi assiette surprise en entrée, filet de cabillaud et son écrasé de pdt, café gourmand

I had gazpacho, chicken with pesto and tagliatelle, a bit different from the standard menu in a tiny village, and homemade molleux au chocolate that I would eat every day if I could. Coffee was included. 15€ for gourmet food in a simple but elegant setting. It deserves to be better known. Go before they get their Michelin star!
