MAISON CLOCHARD
La Maison Clochard is an artisanal producer of vegetable terrines and spreads. To make his meat terrines, Alexandre drew inspiration from his grandmothers' cooking, and each creation bears the first name of a grandparent. Committed to produce, he calls on producers and market gardeners 30 km away, and imagines delicious recipes based on beer, chanterelle mushrooms... On the sweet side, he makes Clochettes du Poitou (his nickname when he was a child) by roasting nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.), which he then wraps in sugar and chocolate. A delicious treat! Gourmets will also love his chocolate bars. What good things!
