LA MOUTARDE DE LENCLOITRE
Alain Jomier decided to relaunch production of Lencloître mustard in Sérigny, in the former Belle Indienne schoolhouse. Created in the 18th century by the convent's apothecary sisters, he found written records of the condiment's production in the attic of his château. He then set about making it. If you'd like to know more about the history or preparation of this condiment, this former film director has a lot to say on the subject. He offers several variations of this exceptional mustard, now made from organic, local seeds.
