In the tradition and authenticity, Patrick Rocher works for the quality and the good taste of his cheeses, since 32 years now. Raised in the fields, the herd of goats provides quality milk for the manufacture of its eight varieties of goat, from fresh, to hazelnut and the latest born Sésamet (goat with sesame seeds macerated in hazelnut oil before being roasted). The cheese is sold mainly on the markets of Châtellerault or at the cheese dairy. Free visit, ask for prices if you want a tasting.
