Each with five courses. Choose your formula according to your appetite and budget. For dessert, let yourself be seduced, if it's on the menu, by the apple grimolle, a Poitou speciality perfectly executed. We're delighted to welcome you to our establishment, where we do our utmost to offer you a culinary experience that will make you feel right at home.
The kitchen
Our talented chef, Jean-Philippe Moreau, honors classic cuisine revisited with fresh seasonal produce from the region. Each dish is a celebration of flavors, with seasonal vegetables accompanying meats and fish, homemade sauces and breads. Whether you opt for the Menu des Forges or the Menu de la Garenne, your palate will be delighted. And to finish on a delicious note, the cheese platter is a must, especially with a good glass of wine.
La Cave à Vins
In addition to being a chef, Jean-Philippe Moreau is also a sommelier. He has carefully selected over 250 wines from all regions of France. Each one can be tasted on site or taken away. The recently inaugurated wine cellar is the fruit of a vision matured during confinement.
