Feel like cooling off in the summer? Vivonne's municipal open-air swimming pool should be just what you're looking for. From Poitiers-sud, take the N10 and drive straight on for about 20 minutes, until you arrive at your destination. Children in particular will love it here: as well as a paddling pool, the pool also has a waterslide with bends for a great sliding sensation in the big pool! Swimming is supervised, of course. If you'd like to perfect your breaststroke during the summer, or allow your flesh and blood to finally abandon the armbands, swimming lessons are given by lifeguards at set times. And if you're feeling peckish in the afternoon, there's a choice of sweets, ice creams and cold drinks.
