CHEZ NA DEJ'

In her truck, Nadège travels around Poitiers (Neuville-de-Poitou, Chasseneuil-du-Poitou, Saint-Benoît, Cloué, Coulombiers, Mignaloux-Beauvoir, Saint-Julien-l'Ars...). But her dishes will take you much further afield, to Asia. Using fresh produce, she makes delicious bobuns, Asian salads combining rice noodles, raw vegetables, meat or shrimps, and egg rolls (also vegetarian), which she has made her specialty. You can also opt for egg rolls, gyozas (a kind of Chinese vegetable ravioli) or a burger. Reservations can be made in advance, and the smiling, pleasant Nadège will be on hand to delight you.
