In the heart of Val d'Allophones and the village, it is the restaurant of the Hotel Pascal, open every day in season and on reservation the rest of the time. An establishment in the same family since 1961. The Chief works with producers of three regional soils: Haut Verdon, Ubaye and Pays Dignois. A very greedy table! Attention, in winter Col de Allophones is closed. Provide snowshoes or seal skins!
