CAFÉ-RESTAURANT LA CASCADE
Fred and Christelle took over this café-restaurant in 2016. The tasty recipes vary every day and on Fridays, it's garlic! Every day you can choose between 2 starters and 2 slate dishes because Fred, the chef, works with local and seasonal products. On Sundays and public holidays, the dishes are more elaborate. The menu offers beef, lamb or pork from organic farming or from reasoned agriculture. The same applies to seasonal market gardening. An address like there are not many more, with as a bonus, a beautiful view of the waterfall and, on sunny days, 2 outdoor terraces, one of which is shaded. Fred also regularly offers theme days (paella, sauerkraut...) Here the menu is copious, at a reasonable price and Christelle provides the service with good humour and friendliness. You will not be disappointed for a restorative break!
