Émilie and Étienne want to transfer their passion for their profession to their dishes, and you can feel it! They welcome you in their restaurant on the edge of the lake, in the park of Roufleiran. You will be seated in a pretty room with a fireplace, or on the pleasant terrace by the water. The chef Etienne Bonnehorgue proposes traditional dishes as well as innovative culinary ideas. The emphasis is on the quality of the products, which is a priority for the team. The wine list is carefully elaborated. A nice place to stop !
