I fell in love with this hotel-restaurant located on the main square of Castellane which offers an excellent quality-price ratio. Isabel's generosity can be felt in the rooms as well as in the dishes. The hotel offers 10 rooms for 2 to 4 people, with individual bathrooms and toilets. The cuisine is typically regional, such as the pistou soup, but the house does not renounce its specialties far from the local flavors: the Portuguese cod, the feijoada of octopus or pork and provides an additional reason to stop here.

Seul restaurant ouvert à Castellane le lundi, nous avons découvert cet établissement lors de notre passage furtif pour un déjeuner.
Malgré le monde présent vers 13h, nous avons été accueillis les bras ouverts et avons profité de plats copieux pour un prix à la hauteur (20 euros). Merci !
