Created in 1993 by Daniel Duflot, Montagne et Rivière is a small base where a team of state-qualified river guides offers a wide range of activities: rafting in the Upper and Middle Verdon, canyoning, hydrospeed, white water swimming, canoeing, aqua-trekking in the Verdon canyon, adventure courses, mountain biking... Hydrospeed and canyoning are reserved for thrill seekers. Take advantage of the picnic area and the barbecue available before or after your activities. Everything is provided, chairs, tables and even sofa! Friendly welcome, top !
