Montagne et Rivière, which has just celebrated its 32nd anniversary, is a small base where a team of passionate, state-qualified river guides offer a wide range of activities: rafting in the Haut and Moyen Verdon, canyoning, hydrospeed, whitewater swimming, canoeing, aqua-rando in the Verdon canyon, adventure courses, mountain biking... Hydrospeed and canyoning are reserved for thrill-seekers. Take advantage of the picnic area and barbecue before or after your activities. Everything is provided: chairs, tables and even a sofa!
