The concept of the restaurant wanted by Alice and Nicolas is simple: to propose an evolutionary menu, with 3 entries, 3 dishes and 3 desserts different each day where one will be able to savor Corsican, Armenian and traditional Provençal specialities with fresh, local and seasonal products .
