La Chouette Gourmande is located in the heart of the small perched village of Champtercier, only 5 minutes from the southern entrance of Digne. The concept of the restaurant wanted by Alice and Nicolas is simple: to propose an evolutionary menu, with 3 entries, 3 dishes and 3 desserts different each day where one will be able to savor Corsican, Armenian and traditional Provençal specialities with fresh, local and seasonal products . The quality of the dishes, the conviviality, the welcome and the well-being of the guests are privileged, perfect to make a real culinary journey!
