Restaurant to eat traditional cuisine in a modern setting
At the Stendhal, you can go and eat traditional food, but not only. Situated in the heart of the cultural centre of Château-Arnoux, this restaurant offers a menu with salads and well-made dishes such as a cod with cabbage flower cream; duck breast with quince chutney; tartar and gorilla (pan-fried tartar always in great demand) or for dessert its chocolate profiterole. In summer, the large terrace is very pleasant. The setting is modern and the furniture resolutely contemporary in a room all in red and black coated (Stendhal obliges!).
