MAIRIE
At Clamensane you will discover at the edge of the Chemin road, a furnace and a mill that allowed the production of plaster (late th and early th century). In the country, it is the only production unit still in operation. Passing the Silver valley, admire a former aqueduct, probably intended for the water supply of a local tile factory. On this same commune, but completely apart and built at 1 291 m above sea level, we discover a chapel dedicated to Saint Amand, whose origin is rooted in the legend. Now renovated, this old hermitage was still the subject of an annual pilgrimage in 1600. It continued until 1920.
