The Thermes de Digne-les-Bains are located in the Eaux Chaudes valley, at the foot of a cliff from which the thermal spring gushes. Captured deep in the rock, its sulfurated, chlorinated and sodic thermal waters effectively relieve rheumatic pain and respiratory ailments. With almost 300 days of sunshine a year, clean air and a dry climate, Digne-les-Bains is particularly recommended for asthmatic conditions, especially in children. In addition to prescribed medical cures, a range of affordable one-week preventive cures are available, such as the "respiratory tract prevention" cure with six thermal treatments, the "rheumatology prevention" cure with four thermal treatments and the "Serenity" cure to relieve tension with three thermal treatments. The prevention cure includes access to the thermal water pool, fitness (with the Power Plate) and a gym class. Numerous fitness treatments are also available all year round, some of which combine thermal water whirlpool baths with essential oil treatments. You'll also find Tibetan modeling with the Kansu bowl, and hot stone modeling for relaxation...
