MACARON DE PROVENCE
Gilles, national finalist and PACA winner of the Talents de l'Artisanat Competition, welcomes you to his new boutique which has left rue Pied-de-Ville to settle on boulevard Gassendi at n°34. His shop and laboratory have gained in visibility and space, but the place remains cosy as well as its tea room, coffee shop and recently ice-cream parlour. Here, fresh buttons are highlighted, which can be personalized endlessly, a text, a photo, a message. The result is amazing! Everything is done on site in a traditional way. The address is relatively recent but we are already rushing around. Gilles prepares six to eight flavours a week. Taste the caramel salted butter macaroon. A delight! You can enjoy them on site in the tea room or take them away. Also, a delicatessen corner gives pride of place to local products, nougat, terrine, jam, tea... Without moderation!
