Located on the square in front of the drawbridge at the main entrance to Entrevaux, this restaurant has been welcoming guests for almost 40 years. Loïc Lefebvre has transformed the place into a bar and wine cellar where he promotes independent winegrowers and presents a selection of organic and biodynamic wines, to taste on the spot or to take away. This lover of good products also proposes a Class' Croûte to accompany your tastings, with dish of the day, cheese plate and home-made desserts replaced by snacking all day long in season.
