Valerie and her team welcome you in an old stable, created and fitted out in 2016. Here you can find a mix of modern and contemporary style, with magnificent stone vaults. The cuisine is inventive, with Mediterranean and world influences, tasty and based on fresh local products (vegan dish on request and every day a gluten-free dessert). A single menu, prepared the same day with different choices. The surprise is daily and the welcome extra and passionate. The opportunity to enjoy a beautiful and quiet terrace, in the heart of Forcalquier.

Poor service and overwhelmed staff - very long time only to get the menu and the drinks even though we reminded the staff multiple times. We had to wait for the food for over one hour - far from optimal since we were with kids. I can not recommend.

Il a fallu demander la carte, car rien ne venait ... service désorganisé, sans doute trop de clients, certains ont eu un amuse bouche, et d'autres pas.... il faudrait au moins un choix de plus car soit risotto, soit salade vegan, soit piece du boucher. La pièce de viande etait très tendre et très bonne. On a essayé d'avoir des cafés, mais on est partis sans les avoir eu ...

Si l'on est pas fan du risotto,il ne vous reste qu'une salade végétarienne ou la pièce du boucher que j'ai choisie (très bonne car produit de haute qualité, mais très basique en somme). Pour le service était ce parce que c'était lundi jour du marché ? Mais un temps infini pour prendre la commande idem pour être servi puis débarrassé et une dernière tentative pour avoir un café vouée à l'échec ..... dommage
