Brasserie with covered and shaded terrace and extra reception offering animations
One of the most beautiful and oldest coffee shops in the city! The term Bourguet refers to an ancient Roman occupation, as evidenced by the Via Domitia, which is just a few cables away. The magnificent terrace is in two parts, one covered, the other shaded by superb plane trees. Inside, they blend with ancient and modern elegance. In the morning, at the first rays of sunshine, we take our seats for breakfast and admire the Place du Bourguet where the Monday and Thursday markets are held as well as the beautiful cathedral. Animation is always required. You can also snack, why not a croque-monsieur with a good local wine. The welcome is extra, especially that of Messaline, the waitress, whose grandmother once ran the establishment. Then you are free to stroll through the alleys of the old town centre, which has been remarkably renovated and has many shops
