Hélène, creamer, Antoine, wine merchant, and their bakers have combined their know-how in this beautiful store overlooking the main square of Forcalquier. The bread is made with stone flour, natural leaven, certified organic in its entirety. There is also a choice of a hundred varieties of artisanal, farm or dairy cheeses. As for Antoine's wines, they are organic. Take a look at the "aperitif" products, the pride of sharing good products from passionate artisans.
