What a gourmet experience in this restaurant of the magnificent Villa Borghese hotel. Sébastien, the maitre d' and Franck, the chef, offer you a gastronomic and colorful restaurant, with subtle flavors of the land. We tested for you the duck parmentier confit with olives, citrus juice, fine and full-bodied as you wish, a dish full of finesse. We fell in love with the roasted Golden apple chouquette, caramel, vanilla ganache flavored with rum. A pure sweetness. To accompany it, a wine list where Provence is particularly represented.
