This beautiful old residence is hidden in a large flowered park. A hotel completely renovated in early 2009 and redesigned in 2018. The 26 comfortable rooms are designer and spacious. For the gourmet restaurant you can choose between its interior room with teak parquet flooring and vast panoramic windows, or its terrace and straw huts on sunny days. Olivier Gaillard, the chef, has been inventing for 27 years, every day, a deliberately short menu of refined cuisine with rediscoveries of old Provençal recipes: at the time, a fish timbale with herbs and spinach sprouts or a vegetable pie from Provence and its Banon... before a veal head with gribiche sauce or a cod leaf thinner in olive oil, a hare stew, small semolina with spices, followed by a crème brûlée with olive oil or a crumble with seasonal fruits... To the honor : goat cheese, olive oil and of course Provence lamb. The result is a delight! Charming welcome from Nicole and Vincent Dupré. To this must be added a recently expanded wellness area and a beauty and care institute with its spa. One without fail!
