Restaurant with terrace offering home-made dishes with fresh local products.
It's been a year since Claire and Valentin took over Central, the only restaurant located in the heart of the Brillanne. That doesn't mean they're letting go. The menu is tempting and the dishes are homemade with fresh local produce. Among the specialities: mussels stuffed with parsley butter, the unavoidable Milanese escalope my way, fish according to arrival. It has to be fresh! The desserts of the moment: floating island or custard. You will be seated in a spacious air-conditioned room with large bay windows. As for the bar, it has a covered terrace. The plus: free parking twenty metres away. A very nice young and friendly address.
