BAR-RESTAURANT LE GLOBE
Well-known establishment that has a bar and restaurant room to serve traditional dishes.
Three partners have been running this well-known establishment for some thirty years. They renovated the bar room with about 40 place settings and the restaurant room with a modern decoration with about 30 place settings. In the kitchen, Brice and her mother Catherine prepare traditional dishes made with local and seasonal products. There are two options available at noon during the week, with starter, main course, cheese or dessert and half a bottle of sparkling or still water. There is also a choice in the menus and the menu changes regularly. Enjoy, for example, their speciality of potato pâté, or the fresh bézenet croustade with smoked bacon and Auvergne blue sauce, then the veal head with gribiche sauce and potato rösti, the regional andouillette with Charroux mustard sauce or the butcher's piece with barbecue sauce and chips, to finish with the Norwegian omelette or squirrel cake and pistachio custard. The wine list is exclusively in PDO of all regions. In the dining room Axelle is on duty, and Christopher at the bar makes cocktails with or without alcohol. The renovation of the eight rooms of the hotel section is in progress.
