Bistro with a large terrace offering traditional regional cuisine, tasty and homemade

This former school transformed into a Bistrot de Pays offers a large terrace with a beautiful panorama on the peaks of Couard and Cheval Blanc. The cuisine is regional, tasty and 100% homemade. Wines are served in jugs or by the glass, and Raphaël and Marie-Annel warmly welcome you. On the fork side, Provençal specialties such as aioli but also foie gras or woks, all with entirely homemade meat from Sisteron, Cheese from Marcoux. The opportunity to combine the pleasures of taste and the visit of the surroundings of Digne.

Un lieu au calme sous un grand tilleul, un service au TOP. Nous avions pris le tartare accompagné de ses légumes un vrai délice. L'assiette et très copieuse. Pour finir le Tiramisu un régal. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.

Première visite de ce restaurant un soir du mois d'août. C'est l'ancienne école communale du village du Brusquet. L'accueil et les plats sont parfaits. Je respecte tous les avis, mais quand je vois que certains n'ont mis qu'une étoile pour la note, je pense que leur avis est teinté d'une mauvaise foi évidente. Continuez comme cela, Mme et M Alonso et surtout ne changez rien ! Je reviendrai vous voir, c'est certain.

Accueillis et servis malgré le manque de tables disponibles. Service rapide. Bon accueil. Nous avons passé un instant apaisant dans ce petit village calme. 28 euros / pers pour boisson - plat - dessert.
