This former school transformed into a Bistrot de Pays offers a large terrace with a beautiful panorama on the peaks of Couard and Cheval Blanc. The cuisine is regional, tasty and 100% homemade. Wines are served in jugs or by the glass, and Raphaël and Marie-Annel warmly welcome you. On the fork side, Provençal specialties such as aioli but also foie gras or woks, all with entirely homemade meat from Sisteron, Cheese from Marcoux. Nous avons pris un wok de gambas et une salade montagnarde que nous avons dégustés sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Ambiance chaleureuse grâce au service et l’accent chantant de Marie Anne que nous avons pu découvrir sur place. A bientôt, nous reviendrons!
