The Auberge des Penitentes is both a beautiful place to sleep and also an address where to eat. In this lyrical cap in the heart of Provence, Chef Jean-Pierre Matrat Master Restaurateur since 2013, who has been here. It changes its card daily according to local and seasonal products. Everything is fresh and homemade, bread is based on organic flour and local producers are honored as with this square of lamb sauce of Beaujeu goat sauce and its forest stove or the madeira's veins. We do not offer fries but only seasonal vegetables, even for children! A beautiful address to discover.
