Since January 2019, Romain Maldonado and Vincent Pelaia welcome you with their entire team in the lovely contemporary decor of this restored former mill. Several menus imagined with finesse to discover the chef's cuisine including the "Entre Terre & Mer" which delicately combines octopus carpaccio, fish soup, an egg yolk smoked with hay and candied with balsamic... This is high-flying cuisine. The three-course bouillabaisse is one of the house's unmissable specialties. A guaranteed address for gustatory emotions.

La nourriture est raffinée, ni trop ni pas assez!
Le service est efficace, même si clairement, la jeune femme doit couvrir l'ensemble de la salle, elle garde le sourire en toutes circonstances.
Le chef vient parfois apporter les plats lui-même. Nous avons pu échanger avec lui en fin de service, ce qui fût très agréable. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Quant à la décoration, sobre et raffinée.
Ce fût notre première fois, mais clairement pas la dernière. Oui oui, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
