Semi-gastronomic restaurant in an attractive contemporary setting offering excellent cuisine, including a famous bouillabaisse.

Since January 2019, Romain Maldonado and Vincent Pelaia welcome you with their entire team in the lovely contemporary decor of this restored former mill. Several menus imagined with finesse to discover the chef's cuisine including the "Entre Terre & Mer" which delicately combines octopus carpaccio, fish soup, an egg yolk smoked with hay and candied with balsamic... This is high-flying cuisine. The three-course bouillabaisse is one of the house's unmissable specialties. A guaranteed address for gustatory emotions.

La cuisine du chef est inventive et très raffinée. Les plats sont un festival pour la vue, l'odorat et le goût. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service parfait malgré le manque personnel, la sommelière propose une sélection de vins très bien adaptés aux plats.

Une réservation facile sur internet confirmée ensuite au téléphone par la patronne. Accueil cordial belle salle menu retour du pêcheur délicieux seul bémol service un peu long … faute de personnel !!! Mais ce couple se décarcasse avec le sourire, ils sont top et méritent d’être soutenus car ils bossent!!!
