At the haras of Fontenelle, horses, cows, apricots, garlic and saffron are grown. But there are also 75 centennial olive trees (mostly agstatic varieties). Of course, olive oil is not the main activity of the Danaüs family. But their nectar, pressed to the limbs, in green fruity, is worth the detour. In addition, since December 2012, it has been certified organic. You will find it in the area, where there is always someone to welcome you.
