On the charming Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, renovated in 2024, you'll find this traditional restaurant, very popular with Manosquins. An authentic, family-run address where you can enjoy gourmet, hearty cuisine. From buckwheat pancakes to fried andouillette and baked camembert, from breaded veal escalopines to duck aiguillettes with porcini mushroom sauce... For the summer season, a lighter à l'ardoise menu with salads in particular. We love the pretty terrace overlooking the square and the ambiance of the dining room.

Pensez à réserver car resto souvent bondé. Mais c'est justifié. La serveuse est très professionnelle et les plats copieux et très bons. Un petit + pour l'aïoli avec lequel on s'est régalés
