First there is the frame, a small typically Provençal plot in a tiny village perched on the heights of Manosque, in the Luberon. It must be said: The terrace of Chez Éric is very pleasant especially the summer when the lampions turn up. As everyone knows, we have to reserve if we want a little corner of paradise. Chief Eric Dares harmonious marriages between tradition and modernity: calf grenadins to morilles, potibrown soup to the Saint-Jacques, salmon pie, bush bush. Everything is very well done, very fresh and served impeccable. The vaulted room in winter is a bit noisy but the fireplace makes the atmosphere very pleasant. An amazing address.
