The faïence knows its hour of glory under Louis XIV when it recovers all the gold dishes of the kingdom to finance its wars. The. of., known for its great finesse, must be used. Painted, they are then cooked again at 960 degrees allowing the enamel to glazed and set its characteristic colors.
