NOTRE-DAME-DE-BEAUVOIR CHAPEL
Notre-Dame-de-Beauvoir chapel, surrounded by a terrace planted with walled cypress trees, considered a place of devotion
Arriving at Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, you can't help but be enchanted by its chapel, visible between the two cliffs overlooking the village. Built between the 12th and 16th centuries, it was listed as a historic monument in 1921. The chapel is famous for its "suscitations". In the 17th century, stillborn babies were reincarnated here during their baptism, enabling them to reach heaven. See the fourteen stations of the Stations of the Cross.
