LE RELAIS DES COLETTES
In the heart of the Colettes forest, Anne-Marie and Christophe have revived the former Auberge des Colettes, renamed Relais des Colettes. They installed a complete kitchen, refurbished the restaurant room in a brasserie style, and refurbished the three bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Christophe, a passionate cook, attended Alain Ducasse school in 2016, from which he graduated top of his class. It offers a daily menu with seasonal products and a more elaborate evening menu for hotel residents. Anne-Marie is at the service both in the bar and in the dining room. Every Saturday evening, they organize a theme evening in a warm atmosphere.
