Oil mill offering tastings of mill products as well as sales of local products and handmade soaps
The Paschetta Henry oil mill was founded in 1922. Today, more than 400 producers continue to contribute their olives. If the oil from this mill is not part of a PDO, it is deliberately so as to be able to offer extra virgin olive oil for sale at a more affordable price than its competitors. You can taste it in our boutique. Olives, tapenades, honeys, jams and terrines from local producers are also on sale, as are soaps made on site.
