THE BOMPLEIN TILERY
The last remaining artisanal tile in the department, it was inscribed in 1992 by the Conservatoire Régional de l 'Habitat and Landscapes on the list of monuments of heritage to safeguard ruin. The architectural heritage interest of this tuilery is evident, and it is twofold of undeniable interest in knowledge of endangered know-how and ethnology. The Bomplein tuilery is the property of the community of municipalities of the Country of Lévis. Several panels installed on the site help you discover the history of bricks and tiles and the stages of their manufacture since antiquity.
