In the grounds of the Lac et Forêt hotel, on the shores of Lake Castillon, here's a wonderful discovery! On the culinary side, the cuisine is inventive, the flavors subtle and the plates beautifully presented. Chef Nicolas Brencz uses seasonal produce and local vegetables to perfection: pan-fried venison fillet with hazelnut butter, snacked pike-perch fillet, "barigoule"-style brussels sprouts... The menu is worthy of a gourmet restaurant! Add to this a fine wine list, attentive staff and a superb terrace.

Grande satisfaction des cartes Été et Automne après 4 passages au restaurant depuis juillet. Le chef sait mettre en valeur chacun de ses plats. Bel établissement et excellentes qualités professionnelles du serveur.

Hotel romantico, pittoresco, veramente piacevole. Camere pulitissime, le superiori sono molto grandi. Bagni ampi e puliti. Sicuramente un posto da raccomandare.
