In the grounds of the Lac et Forêt hotel, on the shores of Lake Castillon, here's a wonderful discovery! On the culinary side, the cuisine is inventive, the flavors subtle and the plates beautifully presented. Chef Nicolas Brencz uses seasonal produce and local vegetables to perfection: pan-fried venison fillet with hazelnut butter, snacked pike-perch fillet, "barigoule"-style brussels sprouts... The menu is worthy of a gourmet restaurant! Add to this a fine wine list, attentive staff and a superb terrace.

Très bel établissement, grandes chambres, service impeccable, très bon restaurant, belle carte. Une jolie terrasse avec une très belle vue. On peut voir les parapentes virevolter, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

De passage nous avons pris seulement un petit déjeuner. Nous avons découvert une salle a la décoration soignée et rétro du plus bel effet . Nous nous serions cru a la Belle époque. La direction est on ne peut plus sympathique et le cadre environnant a découvrir. Seul bémol la proximité de la route. Allez y passer quelques jours vous ne serez pas déçu .

Dopo aver provato altri ristoranti che proponevano solo menù turistici, finalmente abbiamo trovato un posto con una buona cucina francese, anche ricercata. Ottimo servizio e prezzi adeguati a quanto proposto.
