In the grounds of the Lac et Forêt hotel, on the shores of Lake Castillon, here's a wonderful discovery! On the culinary side, the cuisine is inventive, the flavors subtle and the plates beautifully presented. Chef Nicolas Brencz works with seasonal produce and combines local vegetables to perfection: beef fillet, cubes of celery confit with thyme butter, fresh porcini mushroom sauce... The menu is worthy of a gourmet restaurant! Add to this a fine wine list, attentive staff and a superb terrace.

Très bon restaurant ! La salle est belle.
Les Saint Jacques et la viande étaient délicieuse. Les tarifs ne sont pas excessifs je recommande vivement.

Point positif on c’est régaler et il y avais une belle présentation, beaux restaurant; point négatif accueille moyen pour la serveuse elle étais non chalente, le service étais plutôt rapide mais pas organisée nous avons réussi à avoir de l’eau au bout de la 5eme demande et plus rien ensuite vient l’heure de payer nous avons eu 20€ en plus sur la note sans explication
