Home-made restaurant with terrace offering a cuisine based on local products
The village of Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire has welcomed this year a brand new address: La Table Corse, run by a real Corsican, Patrick Strata who welcomes you warmly. You will be seated in a friendly room with designer tables or upstairs. On sunny days, the colourful terrace unfolds. You will choose between Corsican meals, cold meats, cannelloni in the bush, figatelli with lentils, Corsican veal and finally a fiadone or a cake made with chestnut flour. Everything is homemade, as is the other part of the menu, which offers a cuisine based on local products, hot goat cheese salad, tomato or melon carpaccio, depending on the mood, the seasons and the market. All this is mainly accompanied by Corsican wines. An address that promises at a very affordable price
